At Lamae we do not offer returns or refunds for any products once they have been purchased, except in the case of products that are damaged during delivery.
Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. To initiate a claim for a damaged product, please contact us on email with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
Once we have received and reviewed your claim, we will determine whether you are eligible for a replacement or refund. If approved, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
Please note that failure to provide adequate evidence of the damage may result in your claim being denied.
