Refund Policy
We strive for customer satisfaction and adhere to the consumer protection laws of the UK and UAE.
• Returns: Only unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All original packaging and seals must be intact.
• Non-Refundable Items:
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
• Refunds will not be processed for items showing signs of use or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning products.
• Return Shipping Requirements:
• Destination: All returns must be shipped to our facility in the UAE.
• Shipping Method: Returns must be sent via a tracked shipping service to ensure delivery confirmation.
• Proof of Delivery: Evidence of delivery must be retained to facilitate the refund process.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will only be considered after the returned items have been received, inspected, and approved. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Returns and Refunds
At Lamae we do not offer returns or refunds for any products once they have been purchased, except in the case of products that are damaged during delivery.
Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. To initiate a claim for a damaged product, please contact us on email with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage.
Once we have received and reviewed your claim, we will determine whether you are eligible for a replacement or refund. If approved, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.
Please note that failure to provide adequate evidence of the damage may result in your claim being denied.
